It’s almost here – the 13th Annual Rosemont Celebration of Community!
Please join us Saturday, October 1, 2022 at Rosemont Community Park from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. This event is proudly hosted and coordinated by the Rosemont Community Association (RCA). More than 1,000 participants will enjoy information tables, games, pony and train rides, complimentary hot dogs, entertainment, and the opportunity to socialize with members of the Rosemont community.
SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES
To become an official sponsor of the event and be featured on signs, banners, and posters, we offer various recognition levels for businesses and individuals who wish to provide event support. The Rosemont Community Foundation (RCF), which supports RCA, is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization and any donations are tax deductible. There are also opportunities to provide in-kind donations (food, beverages, equipment) and to underwrite activities, such as the pony and train rides and entertainment. Event sponsors ensure continued success of not only this event, but also RCA’s work in building a viable, beautiful community. To download a list of our active programs please click here. TABLE SPACE FOR VENDORS
If you would like to have a 10’x10’ table space at the Celebration, please advise us to save a space for you by completing our RSVP form here. Please note that on the day of the event, table space locations will be on a first-come, first-served basis, except for event sponsors*. You will be responsible for bringing your own shade canopy, table and chairs. We also ask that you bring an item for the event drawing with an approximate value of $20-$100.
*Sponsors: You will have a 10’x10’ table space location already reserved.
While all sponsors and organizations with table space must comply with zero-sales activities at the event, it is acceptable to distribute handouts, samples, free gifts, etc. to attendees. We are not able to provide electricity, but you are welcome to bring a generator.
