As we face several major development projects on our borders in the years ahead, RCA is scheduling briefings what some of our options are to protect our interests and maintain Rosemont as a desirable place to live and work (and keep property values up). We look to invite representatives of the Local Agency Formation Commission, nearby Property and Business Improvement Districts (PBIDs), community service districts, and our neighboring cities to inform us on the pros and cons of each option, and how we might pursue any of them if the Rosemont community chooses. At this stage the effort is purely research so people can be better informed. While nothing may ultimately come of the effort, it is very important for Rosemont to educate itself so we can take action if deemed needed. We invite all in Rosemont to come join in the conversation, be informed, and discuss ideas and options with your neighbors. Watch this page for more information as it develops.
