One of the concerns that “old” Rosemont has had for years is the lack of street lights for safety. Well, that’s about to change, as the County is in the final stages of planning to install about 48 energy efficient LED lights in the area of Sequoia Elementary School beginning this summer. Several community meetings have been held to explain the proposal and get suggestions from those in the area. This project is the result of efforts by our Supervisor Don Nottoli and the RCA over many years. We are most appreciative of Don’s persistence in the effort and look forward to soon having a safer community.
