Do you care enough about your community that you could spare an hour or two a month to help make it even better? You might even be able to help out working at home. RCA is always looking for caring people willing to step up and be a good neighbor. We have lots of projects going, and some we’d like to start if we can connect with the right people. Some examples are: assembling welcome bags or distributing them to new residents; helping distribute event information; contacting local businesses about how RCA can assist them; writing articles for the web page; taking photos of places and events in Rosemont; helping monitor social media and prepare responses to people’s concerns; helping clean up graffiti in the area; assisting at the Celebration of Community this August; helping with the Santa Parade and Toy Drive in December; helping with the project to get front yards cleaned up to make our neighborhoods more appealing. And there are numerous other opportunities – just suggest some need or problem you see here and we can help find a way to solve it.
