A record crowd turned out for the 6th annual Essence of Rosemont event on Friday evening, April 10, at Rosemont High School. Essence showcased all the great programs in which our RHS students are involved – a very impressive array indeed. Among the activities on display were the culinary academy with tasty treats; the art club with its impressive works; the drama program with demonstrations; the band with a stirring concert; the drum line with its lively percussions; the robotics club with its dueling robots; lots of talented entertainment; games for all, and a wide variety of tasty treats. The event was a wonderful reminder of what capable and impressive students we have in our community – a real promise for the future.
