Save Tuesday, May 9, for the annual membership meeting of the Rosemont Community Association. It will be at Einstein Middle School this year, and will feature a discussion of options Rosemont has to protect and enhance itself as new development rises around us. In the next ten years we can expect to see major new developments bringing new residences, commercial areas, and many community amenities that will have the potential of making our Rosemont community less desirable. While we may not be opposed to new development, we do need to protect our own interests here. Fortunately there are options to consider, and the annual meeting will begin to describe and consider them. Please plan to join in that conversation about Rosemont’s future.
Yes let us be opened to new development. But in the meantime lets take the time we have before the building starts and make the shopping center on Kiefer thrive again. I have only lived here since last May and I love it here. However I think there is great potential at that center.
