We are pleased that some half dozen new Neighborhood Watch groups are in the process of forming to increase the safety of our community. These groups are easy to launch – it just takes one or two neighbors to talk to a few more and agree to share basic contact information and learn what actions to take to watch out for each other. With a bit of orientation by the Sheriff’s Department and some simple materials and checklists, you’re good to go. RCA coordinates and supports our Neighborhood Watch groups and assure they have the resources needed to be successful. If you don’t already have a NW group on your block, contact RCA and we’ll be glad to help you get started. Alert and vigilant neighbors are our first and best line of security in any community. Let’s all work together to make Rosemont the safest community in Sacramento!
