Plans are underway for a new business in Rosemont – an AM/PM Mini Mart & gas station along with two restaurants – at the southwest corner of Bradshaw and Kiefer. The developers have presented their plans to both RCA and CORPAC, and both have endorsed them. The complex will incorporate significant landscaping, and the buildings will have a design more like a village motif. The gas station will include a car wash and the two restaurants will have drive-through lanes. Restaurant operators have not been chosen yet. Construction is proposed for late 2017.
Years ago there was talk about changing the drive-in theater on Bradshaw to a seven screen walk-in theater, what happened to that?

P.S. would love to see a Panda Express as one of the new restaurants coming to Rosemont, lots of business from the lunch crowd at SMUD, Rosemont High School, and the other employees, residents throughout the neighborhood.
