If you have entered Rosemont from the west via Manlove and Sutter’s Gold no doubt you have noticed the freshly painted brick walls welcoming you to our community. RCA has benefited from a grant from the County to do various revitalization projects, and this is one of them. The walls were cleaned and painted white, and the lettering was painted an attractive deep red, similar to the trellis at Kiefer and Watt. We are also planning other entrance signage in key locations so the identity of Rosemont is better known to all. Soon the County will be installing an entrance monument on Kiefer west of Bradshaw.

Also as part of the County grant, RCA has contracted to have the empty lots along Kiefer between Mayhew and Tallyho cleared of weeds, and several trash piles were removed. As funding and time permit, we also are looking at a number of other projects all aimed at making Rosemont more attractive. If you have suggestions, let us know at info@rosemontca.org.
