This sketch depicts the placement of the planned banners along Kiefer Blvd. west of South Port Dr. that will announce major RCA community events.
After months of research and work with the County, plans are now underway for a pair of poles to be erected along Kiefer Blvd. just west of South Port Dr. to hold cables for occasional banners advertising major events in the community such as the annual Celebration of Community, the annual membership meeting, or the Santa Parade and Toy Drive. RCA will be responsible for hanging and removing the banners, which will be up for only a few weeks preceding each event. The location offers maximum exposure to the community and will help inform more people who otherwise may not learn of these activities that do so much to help build a strong community.
