For the tenth year, RCA is offering a scholarship to a high school senior who lives in Rosemont and who is going on the further study, and has demonstrated exceptional community involvement as well as academic success. RCA is interested in fostering a strong sense of community engagement in our next generation so that our students are well prepared to take on the responsibilities of caring and capable citizens.
