You may have noticed the banners over Kiefer Blvd. west of South Port announcing the Santa Parade and Toy Drive. These banners will be a new means to inform the community of upcoming Rosemont Community Association events. They will be up for a few weeks before events and come down soon afterwards. Future banners will be larger and more effective than these first ones as we experiment with colors and designs. RCA is most grateful to Sacramento County for assistance in installing the poles and processing the permits. We hope this banner program will help inform the citizens of Rosemont about events they will enjoy during the year.
