RCA will be announcing soon the winner of its annual scholarship to a Rosemont resident graduating from high school who has shown exemplary community involvement as well as academic achievement. With this award, RCA encourages such leadership and hopes students will set a good example, and recognizes their meritorious performance. Watch for news of the winners in the next few weeks.
