This year’s Santa Parade and Toy Drive collected twice as many toys as last year. We filled several vehicles full of new toys for needy kids in the area, contributing them to the Sheriff’s Annual Toy Drive. Even after the parade we were being contacted by people who missed the chance to donate at the parade, and we arranged to pick up their donations as well. And we added a large collection gather at Einstein Middle School; see the accompanying story. This is one more bit of evidence that the people of Rosemont are the most generous in the Sacramento area in proportion to their income. Congratulations to all the fine folks here in our great community!
