Hearing complaints from the public for years, RT leadership has been busy making changes and plans to bring about significant improvements in service and safety. While some of these changes are already in place – like more fare checkers and security on trains and at stations – more are on the way. Routes that have not been studied or changed in years are being review to see how they can provide better service. Equipment is getting more cleaning and maintenance. And the public is being consulted to learn what is desired. Underway now is a major survey soliciting comments from all, whether you use RT or not. You are urged to take the COMMUNITY SURVEY  here.
