Have you noticed the number of homes that have new front yards that are both very attractive and water efficient? Without doing a scientific study, we dare say that proportionately more people in Rosemont have remodeled their yards than in any other community in the Sacramento area. And more homes are doing this now. We think this is a real credit to our residents and well worth bragging about. Way to go Rosemont! Keep it up! (PS: and they are now easier and cheaper to maintain.)
