Join in the Great Rosemont Spring Cleaning March 18-19

On Saturday, March 18, the County will be conducting a trash cleanup day in the area north of Kiefer. (See the related article for more details on that.) At the same time, why not make that weekend a time to do a blitz spruce-up of your front yard to make it look good for the coming spring season. Talk to some of your neighbors and make a block party of it, with everyone out front doing a bit of cleanup and landscaping. A few hours of fun work can make a tremendous difference, especially if a group of neighbors pitch in. It might even be that someone needs a bit of help with a project and a couple of neighbors can lend a bit of muscle to get the job done. Then celebrate at the end with a mini-block party and enjoy the results of your work. And when you do, send RCA some before and after photos of your efforts so we can help celebrate and share your success.
